Front Street Farmers’ Market

Each Saturday from Victoria Day weekend to Thanksgiving weekend visitors to the Front Street Farmers’ Market can find a wide variety of artisanal and produce vendors with products ranging from fruits, vegetables, arts and crafts to baked goods and more.

The Front Street Farmers’ Market is scenically positioned along the Trent Severn Waterway at 67 Front St., in downtown Trenton, ON.

Quinte West Summer Pop-Ups

Featuring everything from food to art and learning experiences the Quinte West Pop-ups program features eight wood cabins and five food truck stations. Fully equipped with hydro and water connections and overlooking the Trent River in Centennial Park. Operating from May 31st to September 2nd, this summer long event further expands for shorter two-week sales when a number of businesses “pop-up” tents and join the program.

A sampling of vendors includes Banana Splitz, a much loved spot for ice cream, Trendsetter offering uniquely patterned leggings, authentic Thai food at Street Thai Food with Pao and Totes & More offering unique handsewn items. Patrons also enjoy shopping at the Cabin of Curiosities featuring handcrafted items and unique gifts by Everything is Art and woodfired pizza at The Forge plus many more unique vendors.

The Quinte West Summer Pop-Ups is located at Centennial Park in Trenton, ON at 12 Couch Crescent.

Centennial Park & Hanna Park

There are two great parks in Quinte West. Centrally located in Trenton, Centennial Park houses an amphitheatre, splash pad, skate park, sports fields and ball diamond, plus playground and the Duncan McDonald Memorial Community arena. A paved waterfront trail that runs through Centennial Park linking to downtown Trenton. Featuring special events from fireworks to festivals

Hanna Park is a central 42-acre public park offering well-marked nature walking trails. Located within the City of Quinte West, the trail is located on the corner of Film Street and Creswell Drive, Trenton. Excellent for walking, hiking, off-road cycling, the Hanna Park trails offer a deep woods experience through the forest.

Hops on the Water Craft Beer Festival

Touted as one of the Top 100 festivals in Ontario, Hops on the Water features specialty drinks from local craft breweries and beverage makers from the Bay of Quinte area. This craft beer festival takes place in one of the prettiest months, no longer officially summer, September is the perfect time to enjoy a craft beer outdoors.

Originally honoured for the first time in 2022 by Festivals and Events Ontario (FEO) Hops on the Water all ages festival also offers food vendors, live music and interactive games and activities.
